Who we are
Pronta™ is a project workspace for creative teams, available at pronta.app, operated by VISUAL RECEPTION LLC. It is in an early-access beta. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@pronta.app.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google also shares your name and profile picture; we use them only to sign you in and show your name in the app.
- What you put into Pronta. Workspaces, projects, tasks, decisions, messages, captions, brand voice notes, and the photos, videos and other files you add, stored privately for the people you share them with.
- Documents you import. When you ask Pronta to plan from a document, its text is read on your device and sent to our AI provider to draft the roadmap. While you review the proposed steps, the document itself isn’t saved. If you then create a new project from it, the original file is kept in that project’s Files, stored privately like your other files.
- Connected Instagram accounts. If you connect an Instagram professional account, its username, profile picture, follower and post counts, its reach over the last week, and an access token, so Pronta can publish the posts you schedule and show how the account is doing. See Instagram.
- Sign-in and security records. When you sign in and from which IP address, kept by our sign-in provider to protect your account.
- Basic site statistics. Page views counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.
- AI usage counts. How many AI suggestions your workspace used this month, so we can keep the free allowance fair.
How we use it
- To run Pronta: save your work, show it to the people you share it with, and send sign-in emails.
- To run the AI features you choose to use (drafting a brand voice, suggesting captions and content pillars, planning from a document).
- To publish the posts you schedule to the Instagram account you connected, at the time you chose.
- To answer you when you write to us, and to fix problems.
- To keep Pronta secure and prevent abuse.
We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.
Who helps us run it
These companies process data on our behalf, only to provide their part of the service:
- Supabase: database and sign-in. Your workspace data is stored in the United States (Oregon).
- Cloudflare: hosting the website, site statistics, and reading a public website when you ask Pronta to draft a brand voice from it.
- Anthropic: the AI model behind brand voice drafts, caption suggestions and plan imports. It receives only the text needed for the request you made, and under its commercial terms doesn’t train its models on it.
- Resend: delivering sign-in emails, and the notification emails you can switch off in your account.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
- Meta (Instagram): only if you connect an Instagram account, to publish your scheduled posts.
Who can see your work
People you add to a workspace or project can see it. A client review link shows only the items you chose to share, until it expires. We look at your content only if you ask us to help, or if the law requires it.
Google sign-in
Pronta asks Google only for your name, email address and profile picture. We use this information to create and sign in to your Pronta account, and for nothing else. Pronta’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Connecting Instagram is optional. You sign in on Instagram itself; Pronta never sees your password. With your permission, Pronta reads your account’s username, profile picture, follower and post counts and its reach over the last week (shown under Connected accounts), and publishes the posts you schedule, with the photos, videos and captions you chose. It doesn’t read your messages, follow or unfollow anyone, or post anything you didn’t schedule.
Disconnecting and deleting. Disconnect any time in the workspace’s Connected accounts, or remove Pronta from Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Either way, Pronta deletes that account’s access token and connection straight away. To delete everything else Pronta holds about you, write to hello@pronta.app; we delete it within 30 days. If you asked through Instagram, the confirmation code you were given identifies your request.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and work while your account is open. Write to hello@pronta.app from your account’s email to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account; we delete it within 30 days. You can also download your work from the profile menu in the app at any time.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). The database checks every request against who you are, so one account can’t read another’s workspace. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your data, we’ll tell you.
Children
Pronta is a work tool and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top, and tell you by email before any change that affects how your data is used.
