Who we are
Pronta™ is a project workspace for creative teams, available at pronta.app. It is a product of Visual Reception LLC, a California limited liability company (“Visual Reception”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Visual Reception. By creating an account or using Pronta, you agree to them. If you use Pronta for a company or client, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
The beta
Pronta is in an early-access beta. Features may change, pause or be removed, and things may break. Please keep your own copies of anything important; you can download your work from the profile menu at any time. Pronta is free during the beta.
Your account
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Give a real email address you control. Sign-in links and codes are sent there; keep that inbox secure.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away at hello@pronta.app if you think someone else has used it.
Workspaces, teammates and clients
The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and editors decide who joins and what they can do. Clients see only the projects they’re given. Review, step and connect links show only what the link was made for, and stop working when they expire or are switched off. You’re responsible for who you invite and what you share with them.
Your content
- It stays yours. You own what you put into Pronta: plans, messages, captions, photos, videos and files.
- What you allow us to do with it. You give Visual Reception permission to store, copy, process and display your content only to run Pronta for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the services listed in our privacy policy and publishing posts you schedule to accounts you connect. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept briefly in backups.
- You need the rights. You confirm you have permission to use everything you upload or publish through Pronta, including photos and videos made by creators, models or photographers, and any music or brand assets in them. Pronta can add a creator credit to a caption, but a credit is not permission.
- We don’t sell your content and don’t use it to train AI models.
Connected accounts (Instagram)
- Connecting an account is optional. You sign in on the platform itself; Pronta never sees your password.
- When you connect an account, you authorise Pronta to publish the posts you schedule to it, at the times you set, and to read the account statistics shown in Pronta. Pronta doesn’t post anything you didn’t schedule.
- Your use of Instagram is also governed by Meta’s own terms. Platforms can change their rules, reject a post, limit an account or stop working, and we can’t guarantee a post goes out. Check that important posts went live.
- You can disconnect at any time in the workspace’s Connected accounts, or from the platform’s own settings.
AI features
Some features use AI to suggest brand voice drafts, captions, content pillars and plans. Suggestions can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. Review everything before you use or publish it; you’re responsible for what you publish. AI suggestions are limited to a monthly allowance, which may change.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Pronta to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that aren’t yours;
- send spam, or harass, threaten or deceive people;
- overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- publish content that breaks the rules of the platform you post to.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Fees
Pronta is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll show the prices and tell you before anything is charged, and you’ll choose whether to subscribe. Nothing you do in the beta will lead to a charge without your agreement.
Ending your use
You can stop using Pronta and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@pronta.app; we delete it within 30 days, as the privacy policy explains. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end the beta, giving reasonable notice where we can so you can download your work.
No warranty
Pronta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that posts will publish on time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Visual Reception and its members, managers and contractors won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Pronta is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Pronta in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Visual Reception because of content you uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including attorney fees, of Pronta, Visual Reception LLC and its owners, and any other damages that result from your actions that led to the claim, including general and consequential damages and any damages awarded by the court.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to sort it out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Pronta grows. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell you by email before any change that materially affects you takes effect. If you keep using Pronta after that, the new terms apply.
