The problemFour gaps

Soundfamiliar?

None of these look like a problem on day one. They show up later as a missed date, a lost note, a sign-off on the wrong file or a post that never went out.

  1. 01

The plan lives in six places.

A deck, a brief, a drive and someone’s head. Nobody sees what’s missing. See the plan →

  2. 02

Feedback gets lost in the chat.

The note about the crop is three threads back, and never reaches the file. See feedback →

  3. 03

    “Approved.” Which version?

The file changed after the sign-off, and nobody noticed. See approval →

  4. 04

    The posts pile up.

Hundreds of photos to sort, captions to write, posts to schedule, and the approved one still doesn’t go out. See scheduling →

From the briefto the calendar.

Follow one launch from the brief to assigned work, approved content and scheduled posts. Your team and your client stay with the work at every handoff.

Not just shoot briefs

Bring a long plan, spreadsheet or scanned brief. Review proposed steps alongside their sources, with suggestions marked, before creating the project.

Your results inform what comes next. Suggestions are only suggestions: nothing becomes a draft until someone adds it.

The brand audit and brand voice are saved by your team before they’re used: team only, never shown to clients.

What happens when you start?
Early accessFour questions

Questions,answered.

01

What happens when I click “Get started free”?

Enter your work email, or continue with Google, and open the sign-in link. Pronta asks three short questions, then opens your first project on its first step. It takes about five minutes; the sign-up video (with captions) shows it. The beta guide has written steps for every task, and short videos for many of them.

Have a brief, deck, plan or spreadsheet? Pronta reads it (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel or a photo of a page) and proposes the steps. Once you confirm, the original is kept in the project’s Files.

02

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. No credit card needed.

03

Does it schedule and post for me?

Auto-schedule proposes slots from your posting days, times and spacing; nothing changes until you confirm, and posts still waiting on approval keep a held slot. For Instagram, Pronta then posts scheduled posts for you (single posts, carousels of up to 10, Reels and Stories): for beta testers while Meta reviews Pronta. For other platforms, post as usual and mark the post as posted.
